At Studio Gen UK, every order is created and packaged with care. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.
Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Please double-check all spelling, dates and personalised details before placing your order.
Non-Personalised Items
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- unused
- in their original condition
- returned in original packaging where possible
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
